Throughout the year, our production team makes items that cannot be sent out to the customer. Items ranging from Pens to Jackets to Stethoscopes, etc...

There is absolutely nothing wrong with any of the items, but we simply are unable to send them because we either spelled the name wrong or put in the wrong title or accidentally made duplicates of the same order, etc. Either way, we have items that are perfectly good, but are simply unclaimed.

We would be more than happy to send them out to Nurses as long as we know that the name and titles match the unclaimed items.

If you wish to receive items that match your name/title/size please be sure to fill out the information form.

There is no charge for any of this and in the future if we do come across an unclaimed item with your name and title, we will ship it out to you FREE of charge.
