Q: What is the difference between the Ladies Cut and the Unisex/Men's Cut?

A: The Unisex/Men's cut is a boxier/looser fit in a style that can be worn by both men or women.

Unisex/Men's Cut is sized based on men's measurements. Recommendation: When ordering unisex products for women, we recommend to order a size smaller. For example, a woman that typically wears a large in a ladies cut should order a medium unisex/men's cut.

Please note: Certain brands often have sizing that runs smaller or larger than usual. Using customer feedback, we developed a method to recognize which styles tend to fit differently or may shrink after a handful of washes. As a result, our production team may modify the sizing of jackets, hoodies, and similar items to align more closely with your chosen size. This mostly applies to UNISEX SIZES as this approach helps guarantee that each item fits comfortably and meets your expectations.

Q: How long will the Mystery Box take to arrive?

A: 20-26 weeks. Particularly the Platinum and Diamond Boxes because of what we will be creating for those 2 Boxes. We're not saying your Box won't arrive earlier, but please be willing to wait up to 26 weeks. Once received, you will understand why it took as long as it did!
